History

It all started in the year 1981 with a small agriculture related activity of supplying seeds, pesticides and fertilizers to the farmers. While dealing with the farmers a need of quality onion seeds was seen as a major requirement from the onion growing farmers. In the year 1988 Mayur Seeds Corporation was formed under the leadership of Mr. Ramesh Mor. A visionary onion seed production program was undertaken with a view to reduce all the drawbacks in the onion production related with seeds. Mayur Seeds Corporation produced so many types of vegetable seeds but later on concentrated on onion seeds only since 1993.
